Agent Motion Privacy Policy

Overview
Registry discovery and component installation do not require an Agent Motion account or Agent Motion API key. The optional screenshot reconstruction command requires a user-configured vision API key.
CLI and plugin data
The CLI runs locally and reads project metadata to diagnose compatibility and install requested files. Agent Motion does not receive or store project files or prompts. It requests public registry files from agent-motion.com or a custom registry explicitly selected by the user.
When a user explicitly runs scene from-image, the CLI sends the supplied screenshot to the OpenAI API endpoint configured in the environment and writes generated scene files locally. Users should not submit confidential, personal, or private interface screenshots. OpenAI processes request data under its applicable terms, policies, and retention controls.
AI product-page analysis
The video planner keeps questionnaire answers in the browser by default. If a visitor explicitly chooses Analyze & prefill with AI, Agent Motion retrieves the public URL provided and sends readable page text to OpenAI to generate a draft brief. Visitors should not submit private, authenticated, personal, or confidential URLs. Agent Motion does not intentionally persist the submitted page or generated brief in an application database. OpenAI and hosting providers process request data under their applicable terms, policies, and operational retention practices.
Website analytics and infrastructure
If a visitor allows analytics, Agent Motion uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page visits. It may process page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, timestamps, and identifiers in first-party analytics cookies. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics remains off until the visitor allows it and is disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track.
Hosting and network providers may separately process standard request metadata to deliver and protect the service.

Public GitLab issues contain information users choose to submit. Do not post secrets, private source code, personal data, or credentials.
